We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Shipping fee: £12.95
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over £50
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Style Hub Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to return or exchange eligible items.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
  • Included with original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Blue-light glasses (due to personal use nature)
  • House Shoes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Jewellery (unless faulty)
  • Lifestyle Electronics (unless faulty)

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request
  2. Complete the return form included below and pack it with your items
  3. Package securely with all original packaging and tags attached
  4. Ship back using a trackable service to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Faulty or Incorrect Items
